Program Work

This screen will allow you to make a template billing repair card. Once you have created the template, you can copy the repairs to any car number you wish. If the car number is not in the billing file, then one will be created.

The Work Order number can be a combination of letters and numbers and can be up to 6 positions in length. The text box at the bottom allows you to define exactly what the project is.

When you select Copy, the above screen appears. At anytime you can recalculate the charges based on the current date. You can also enter any company, car initial, number, repair date, and if a shop, arrival date that you want. Then select which file you want to sent the repairs to and press the “OK” push button. It’s as easy as that!
