The Rail21 Manangement System is a unique program that will manage all your rail equipment. If you have leased cars or you lease cars, the system will handle those as well. The system will perform audits, validate pricing using both U.S. and Canadian AAR Price Masters, validate rebuttal billing, create rebuttal summary sheets as well as invoices and detail billing repair cards. The system will manage shopped cars and rent abatements as well as create depreciated values in either U.S. or Canadian prices, and upload data from exchange files. Other features include both single line audits and multi line audits. All audits are database driven, which gives you the power to write your own audits. The system will even write your exception letters for you.

Create 500 Byte Data Exchange Files, Import 500 Byte Data Exchange Files, Create invoices as well as detail billing for all rebuttal billing. This self guided tour goes through the process of entering the basic data into your rolodex, lease, and equipment files. Once you have finished selecting all the items in the menu, then go to the Day to Day Operation. This will allow you to view what a person does during the course of a day with the program. The Day to Day Operation assumes that you already have all your lease file, car file, and rolodex file all ready for repair data entry and reports.
