How to copy 2 responsibility to 1 or 3

This untility is primarily for Running Repair Agents, which allows them to act as if they are the railroad performing the repairs. If the railroad derails a car or causes any other Rule 95 damage then they must repair the car with those repairs indicated as handling line responsibility. By using the responsibility code of 2, the charges will come out as $0.00 unless there is a betterment made.

As the running repair agent, the only way for you to be paid by the railroad you represent, is to create the same bill with a 1 or 3 responsibility code and to bill that railroad. This utility will allow you to do that with a few clicks.

Once you have indicated the unit number, road and repair date and pressed the Retieve push button, the system will copy all the responsibility 2 repairs for that unit into a unique database for that specific user.

When the system finishes all the validations and copies all the repairs to the unique database, you can then make modifications by indicating what road it is that you want to bill, if you want to discount or not and what responsibility code you want to use; 1 or 3.

When you press the push button Create, the system will then perform the task and copy all the converted repair records to the file that you indicated for them to go. Now press the Re-Calculation push button and each line will be re-calculated based on the company you are billing.
