Categories

All Summary Reports are based on Category of Repair. The category is assigned to job codes and/or qualifiers. There are 10 categories in all and all except MISC can be changed to whatever you want. If you change a category, then all job codes and/or qualifiers that were assigned to that category become Misc.

Once you have changed a category of repair, then you can go to the screen below that allows you to change the category for a single job code or a series of job codes. You may also change the category for a single qualifier or a series of qualifiers. When you run a summary report, the categories are determined by the category assigned in the job code file as well as the qualifier.
