Overview: Invoice21
Invoice21 is a unique program that will import all 500 byte data exchange files. The system will perform an audit on the file to make sure that it is in the proper format. If it is not, it will still upload the data for your viewing and/or printing. It will even produce a report stating what line had the error and exactly what the error was.
Once you have uploaded a data exchange file, the system will inform you how many invoices were retrieved and what the total amount of all invoices where.
You can get this program FREE by clicking on the Updates selection from the menu on the left. Just follow the directions on the Update page and that is it! No Registration, No Charge, it is completely FREE! If you would like assistance, then please call us and we will help.
Now simply go the the report selection and print out what you need from the files. The reports that you can print are the Invoice cover sheet, Invoice Statement, Group Billing and Detail Billing Repair Cards. The reports will appear on you computer screen. Simply print one, a few, or all. The invoice will print as if the sending party printed them out.

The cost of this program is $0.00, that's right, it is FREE! We would however, appreciate any feedback. Rule 112.G.7.b) Effective 1/1/09, the only document that will be required to be submitted to the Billed Party will be the invoice page as defined in Rule 112.G.1.
Rule 113.1.d) In the event that a Billed Party cannot utilize the Data Exchange data, but needs the data for their records, they may request the Billing Party to provide documentation to support their invoice. Each request must be accompanied by a $150.00 fee per invoice before the Billing Party will honor the request.
